This fast-track project required Action Electrical crews working on site seven days a week in order to complete on schedule. The commercial electrical project consisted of three buildings situated on more than 300,000 square metres.

Over 2.5 kilometres of electrical conduit and wire runs underground, with three-supply service being fed from two utility transformers at 1600, 800 and 400A, feeding 34 sub-panels and 19 transformers. Custom-built load testing junction boxes interlock from three locations, connected to a 2500KW resistive load bank.
